A Message From Knox County Public Library Director LJ Frank:
Here at the Library, we are working hard to ensure that you have the best possible experience. Whether you visit the Library online or in person, we have invested in technologies that not only enhance your experience, but stretch the budget to the most efficient end. Recently, we announced an iPod app for easy access to our catalog. In the last couple of years, we have introduced self check out machines at seven facilities, and most facilities now offer wifi access. We are looking into many other technologies to make the most of library service, such as accepting online fines and fees and implementing updated inventory management systems. We hope you take advantage of these resources. Knox County Public Library is on the verge of an exciting technological future.
